4. Client and invoice information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client, invoice, and payment information you enter into NudgePay. You must ensure you have the right to contact clients using the details you store in the app.

5. Email sending

If you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorise NudgePay to send invoice-related emails and reminders from your connected account when you request or configure those actions. You are responsible for the content of messages sent using your connected email account.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use NudgePay to:

  • Send spam, abusive, misleading, or unlawful messages.
  • Harass clients or third parties.
  • Violate email provider rules or applicable laws.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid NudgePay plans may be billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, limits, and plan features may be shown in the app. You are responsible for managing your subscription and payment details.

8. Availability

We aim to keep NudgePay available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

9. No professional advice

NudgePay provides productivity and reminder tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should seek professional advice where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudgePay is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or losses arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for NudgePay, users, or third parties.
